Arun Iyer

Arun Iyer was promoted to Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer and Masco Operating System in May 2026. In this role, Arun brings extensive experience overseeing global manufacturing, procurement, logistics, fulfillment networks. Arun has a proven track record of building high‑performing teams that drive above‑market growth and margin expansion across complex, global, multi‑site environments.

Since 2021, Arun has served as Vice President, Supply Chain & Service at Delta Faucet Company, with responsibility for DFC’s global manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain and customer service activities. Before joining Delta Faucet Company, Arun was Vice President of Operations at Colfax Corporation, where he was responsible for value creation within the portfolio companies through deployment of Colfax business systems. Prior to his role at Colfax Corporation, Arun held leadership positions with Amazon, CNH Industrial and Cummins Inc.

Arun holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Mumbai (Bombay), India, a post graduate diploma in management finance and operations from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai, India and an MBA in finance and supply chain from Michigan State University. Arun is a passionate educator. Outside of work, Arun enjoys outdoor activities, especially long-distance running, hiking and spending time with his wife and daughter.
