Heath Eisman
Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Heath Eisman was appointed Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in February 2025. In this position, Heath has oversight of Masco’s accounting and financial reporting activities, as well as responsibility for our internal controls and external audit relationships.
Prior to this role, Heath served as Director, Financial Reporting, since November 2014. During his time at Masco, Heath has also served concurrent roles as Interim Vice President, Finance at Brasstech (2023-2024) and Interim Corporate Controller at Masco HQ (2022-2023).
Before joining Masco, Heath was the SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager at Caterpillar and prior to that had various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers over a 16-year period.
Heath has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and holds a CPA.
