Jai Shah

Jai Shah was appointed to the role of Group President-Plumbing and Wellness in December 2025.  As Group President, Mr. Shah has oversight responsibility for BrassCraft Manufacturing Company, Bristan Group, Delta Faucet Company, Hansgrohe SE, Liberty Hardware, Masco Support Services, Masco Canada, Mercury Plastics and Watkins Wellness. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Shah was Group President-Plumbing Products since January 2023. Prior to that, he was Group President-Architectural Products since 2018 and served as President of Delta Faucet Company since 2014. Mr. Shah is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
