Jen Stone was named Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer in January 2026. Prior to joining Masco, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Owens & Minor, Inc., a public Fortune 500 global healthcare solutions company. Prior to Owens & Minor, she held HR leadership roles at Medtronic, a global medical device company, and Target Corporation. Ms. Stone earned a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
