Rick Marshall
Vice President, Masco Operating System
Rick Marshall was appointed Vice President, Masco Operating System in May 2021. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining and improving our keen focus on the Masco Operating System, Masco’s enterprise-wide methodology to drive growth and productivity; leading our Global Supply Chain and Research and Development functions; and instilling a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Mr. Marshall held the position of Vice President, Service Operations for Delta Faucet Company. Mr. Marshall earned his MBA from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Seneca College.
