Steve Nikolopoulos

Steve Nikolopoulos joined Masco as Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer in April 2026. Steve partners closely with business and functional leaders to advance Masco’s global procurement (buy) strategy—focused on optimizing enterprise spending, strengthening supplier partnerships and accelerating value realization across the organization. 

Steve brings more than three decades of global procurement and supply chain leadership across consumer products, manufacturing, and logistics. Prior to joining Masco, he served as Chief Procurement Officer at Newell Brands, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and led a global organization managing approximately $5 billion in annual spending across more than 15,000 suppliers. In addition, he also led the global Real Estate, Responsible Sourcing and Customs and Trade teams. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Jarden Corporation and Pitney Bowes, leading enterprise sourcing transformations, supporting large‑scale mergers and integrations and delivering sustained productivity, working capital improvements and supply base optimization. 

Steve holds an MBA in Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Connecticut State University. He has completed executive leadership and professional programs at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Babson College and the London Metals Exchange.
