VJ Teenarsipur was named President of Behr Paint Company in October 2025. He has broad experience across the Masco enterprise, most recently serving as President of Watkins Wellness. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President at Watkins Wellness and held positions of increasing responsibility at Masco business units, including Delta Faucet Company, where he had responsibility for Channel Management, Customer Solutions and eCommerce. VJ earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University, master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A & M, and his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School.
