Yaron Ben David (YBD) joined Masco in September 2026 as Chief Technology and AI Officer. Yaron leads Masco’s enterprise technology, data, cybersecurity, and AI strategy, working across the company to scale innovation, accelerate capability building, unlock productivity, and create greater value across our portfolio of industry-leading brands
Yaron has more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning technology, AI, large-scale enterprise transformation, and cybersecurity. Most recently, he served as Chief Digital Officer at Standard Industries, a global industrial company with approximately $11 billion in annual revenue, where he led enterprise-wide AI, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple operating companies.
Prior to joining Standard Industries, Yaron gained extensive leadership experience serving with the Israel Defense Forces, including senior leadership positions within Unit 8200, the Israel Defense Forces’ intelligence and cyber unit, where technical expertise, advanced computing, and innovation are applied to complex intelligence and cybersecurity challenges. In his leadership roles, he led major digital transformation, AI, cloud, and data modernization initiatives.
In addition to his experience, Yaron holds bachelor’s degrees in law and Middle Eastern modern history from Tel Aviv University, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a master’s in public administration from Harvard University.
