Zack Gordon

Zack Gordon serves as Vice President, Strategy, Corporate Development and Transformation. In this role, he leads the company’s enterprise strategy, portfolio development and transformation initiatives. He is responsible for shaping Masco’s long-term strategic direction and overseeing the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures and joint ventures that support the company’s growth objectives and portfolio evolution.

Working closely with senior leadership, Zack leads the development of Masco’s long-range portfolio strategy, helping align capital allocation, strategic priorities and operational capabilities with the company’s long-term objectives.

In April 2026, Zack was appointed to lead Masco’s Transformation Office, where he oversees the coordination and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. In this capacity, he helps drive accountability, prioritization and cross-functional alignment to accelerate execution and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Masco in March 2021, Zack was a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Greenhill & Co., where he advised U.S. and multinational industrial companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and corporate finance transactions.

Zack holds a Juris Doctor, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
