Masco Million Differences: 2021 In Review

Started in 2018, the Masco Million Differences program represents our financial commitment to work with strong nonprofit partners in the communities where our employees live and work to address the barriers and biases that affect people’s ability to fully access opportunities or bring their whole selves to work. Across our family of companies, our donations totaled over $1,040,000 among 70 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion organizations through Masco Million Differences in 2021.

Education

The Education component of Masco Million Differences supports academic opportunities for underrepresented populations to increase their access to the workplace pipeline, including scholarship organizations, mentorship programs, college preparedness initiatives and classroom-based learning.
