Endless Pools Makes a Difference during “SWIMTember”

When Masco President and CEO, Jon Nudi, declared September 2025 a Month of Service, the small but mighty team at Endless Pools—a division of Watkins Wellness based in Aston, PA—dreamed up the concept of “SWIMTember,” a month dedicated to leveraging their passion around water safety to make a positive impact in the community.  

SWIMTember challenged employees to swim in an Endless Pool in order to earn donations for the local YMCA. With teams competing under the leadership of six captains, the grand total came to 235 swims, which raised enough funds to provide free swim lessons for more than 150 community members! In addition, Team EP came together to support the Y in other ways, volunteering at a fundraiser, teaching free swim lessons, and creating swim kits for underserved youth who will receive free swim lessons. 

Whether employees gave their time in the pool or on land, they made a big difference in their community!

Behr Participates in Nationwide Cleanup of Military Cemeteries

During the Masco Month of Service in September, over 60 Behr team members joined thousands of volunteers from across the country on the anniversary of 9/11 for a nationwide beautification of military cemeteries led by Behr’s nonprofit partner Carry The Load. Behr Paint Employees Participate in 9/11 National Day of Service

Masco Partners with Local News to Collect Children’s Books

This year, Masco is partnering with the Detroit news station WDIV to broadcast a special series in Masco World Headquarters’ home region of Southeast Michigan. Through televised segments airing weekly on WDIV Detroit, the year-long series, called Go 4 It, is celebrating good news by shining a spotlight on the philanthropic impact made by nonprofit organizations, corporations, and individuals. In March, to celebrate Reading Month, WDIV broadcast live as Masco HQ hosted a drive-through book collection to benefit Detroit Public Schools.
